3G iPhone announced not available untill July 11th

Today Apple announced the next generation iPhone at WWDC. This  generation will come in 2 sizes and an even better price. The 8gb version is available only in black and will only cost $199, the 16gb version will give you the choice of black or white and will run $299.

What is new in this version?

  • 3G Data – tri-band HSDPA
  • Flush Headphone Jack
  • Improved Audio
  • GPS

    The iPhone 3G  will also offer 300 hours of standby time, 10 hours of 2G talk time as well as, 5 hours of 3G talk time. You will now get 5-6 hours of high-speed web browsing, 7 hours of video playback, and 24 hours of audio playback.

    Also announced was the iPhone 2.0 Software Update wich will be available for the first generation iPhones in the near future.. With this update your iPhone will do even more. Extend its capabilities with innovative applications you download directly from the new App Store. Get push email, calendar, and contacts from your Microsoft Exchange server at work. And use great new features in Mail, Contacts, and other applications. Free in the next update.

    The only dissapointment is that we have to wait untill July 11th to get one.

      Someone wake up Jack because he is yawning re: this announcement. He even has the gall to call people suckers for purchasing the original iPhone for the price it was at the time. Did someone ask him how much the Touch Diamond is?

      You got that right. He does not have the balls to review a product honestly. We might knock Windows Mobile but it only after we use the products. Time and time again we tell the short commings of all devices, including the iPhone.

      All he is, is an ass kissing phoney.
