Looks like the iPAQ 910 is available for pre-order on Amazon for $499 with a $50 instant rebate that brings the price down to $449.

The 910 is a quad-band GSM phone has HSDPA 3G connectivity (850/1900/2100) and will ship with Windows Mobile 6.1. Key features include HSDPA 7.2, WiFi, GPS, and a 3 megapixel auto focus camera. It also includes Bluetooth technology and a memory card slot.

The only drawback is that Amazon says it will ship within 1-2 months. However the rumor on the street is that it will be available at the end of June.
